TAT, or Tapas Acupressure Technique, is a combination of a very simple pose, that involves lightly contacting points on acupuncture meridians (the same points every time...) while holding the other hand over the occipital area of the head (the back of the skull), with a few statements which are also very basic and remain very similar from one patient to the next. This is a technique that the practitioner simply 'guides' the client through.
This is not counseling, nor is it medical treatment; it is simply a method to utilize the meridian system to quickly 'flush-out' any circuitry or programming that has resulted in what the client 'sees' as a 'problem.' TAT utilizes points that correspond to the vision centers, prompting the belief that it actually changes the way we 'see' the things that are causing our stress or 'negative' response, such as allergies. It is really quite an amazing technique that, even though it has been in use for over 10-years, has unlimited potential for growth and development.
Used by: Psychologists, Therapists, Physicians, Chiropractors, Body Talk Practitioners, Massage Therapists, Hypnotherapists, Energy Medicine Practitioners, Acupuncturists, and people from all walks of life, to achieve freedom from emotional trauma, stress, and a variety of other factors that limit an individual's ability to enjoy a healthy, happy, full and blissful life!
